For Google TV and Android TV. It isn't on the Play Store yet, so it goes on with the free Downloader app — about five minutes, once.
Android phone: open the link on the phone and allow your browser to install apps when it asks. Fire TV: Downloader is in the Amazon Appstore; allow it under Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options → Install unknown apps. Updates install themselves after that.
